Welcome to Lunar Market (“Small Tribes Shop”, “we”, “us”). By using smalltribesshop.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We sell virtual, in-game items and services (such as items, creatures, kits, boss-fight runs, and accounts) for ARK: Survival Ascended. These are digital goods with no real-world monetary value outside the game.
Lunar Market is an independent shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Studio Wildcard, Snail Games, or any developer or publisher of ARK. All game names, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective owners.
2. Ordering and delivery
- Orders are placed through the website or arranged on our Discord server.
- Delivery happens in-game or via Discord coordination. You are responsible for providing correct server, character, and Discord details and for showing up to receive delivery.
- Delivery times vary by order size and server availability; we aim to be fast but specific delivery windows are not guaranteed.
3. Payments
- We accept PayPal, CashApp, card payments, and cryptocurrencies. Payments are confirmed on our Discord.
- Prices may change at any time; the price at the time of your order applies.
- You must be the rightful owner of the payment method you use.
4. Refunds
- Orders can be refunded in full any time before delivery has started.
- Once an order has been delivered, the sale is final — digital goods cannot be returned.
- If something went wrong with your delivery, contact us on Discord within 48 hours and we will make it right.
- Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first is treated as fraud and results in a permanent service ban.
5. Game rules and account risk
Trading in-game items may be subject to the game’s own terms and rules, which can change at any time. You use purchased items and services at your own risk; we are not responsible for actions taken by game publishers or server administrators against your game account.
6. Acceptable use
- You must own (or have permission to use) the game account receiving delivery.
- No fraudulent payments, exploits against our staff, or harassment.
- We may refuse or cancel service to anyone, with a full refund of any undelivered items.
7. Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the shop after changes means you accept them.
